Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal team members
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Continuously seek feedback and apply coaching to improve sales techniques and performance
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team success
Qualifications:
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Warm, approachable, and personable demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Kernersville.
- Our office is open 9 am to 5 pm.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Virginia Tech.
